2 slices of Giuliano’s Cinnamon Swirl Keto Bread
½ cup almond milk
1 teaspoon Choc Zero maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1T peanut butter
1 T jelly
- Make the batter: Whisk together one egg, ½ cup almond milk, Choc Zero maple syrup and vanilla extract.
- Dip the bread in the mixture.
- Cook bread slices on lightly greased nonstick griddle or skillet on medium heat until browned on both sides.
- Topped it all off with half of a ¼ banana (3 net carbs), some peanut butter, jelly and almond slices to garnish.
