1 teaspoon butter
1 half avocado
5 cherry tomatoes (or fresh tomatoes of your choice)
olive oil for cooking
Thai basil for garnish
- Toast a piece of Giuliano's Bakery Keto-friendly 3 Seeded Bread.
- Top the bread butter, mashed half an avocado.
- Fry one egg sunny side up in a frying pan with a 1 teaspoon of oil
- Top toast with egg
- Garnish with fresh chopped tomatoes, fresh thai basil, salt and some chili flakes.
