Easy Keto-Friendly Avocado Toast with Chili Flakes

Ingredients:

1 slice of Giuliano's Bakery Keto-friendly 3 Seeded Bread
1 teaspoon butter
1 half avocado
1 Egg
5 cherry tomatoes (or fresh tomatoes of your choice)
olive oil for cooking
Thai basil for garnish
chili flakes
salt

Instructions:

  1. Toast a piece of Giuliano's Bakery Keto-friendly 3 Seeded Bread. 
  2. Top the bread butter, mashed half an avocado.
  3. Fry one egg sunny side up in a frying pan with a 1 teaspoon of oil
  4. Top toast with egg
  5. Garnish with fresh chopped tomatoes, fresh thai basil, salt and some chili flakes.
