  • How do I cancel my order?

    If you’d like to cancel your order, please email us at If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll be happy to cancel and refund your order.

  • My product arrived damaged.

    Please email us at with your order number and shipping address and we will work to get a new order shipped out.

  • How do I place a pickup order?

    If you are in Los Angeles or Orange County, forgo the delivery charge and pick up your order at our Los Angeles plant. Orders must be placed 2 business days in advance.

    Pickup Instructions:

    Pickup is available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Thursday at 1264 East Walnut Street Carson CA 90746.

    Shop our site and add your selections to your cart. On the “Review and Place Your Order” screen, select “Pickup Order” and place your order.

    When your order is ready, we will send you a “Ready For Pickup” email with detailed instructions on coordinating pickup time, where to park and how to let us know you’ve arrived at the pickup location. Please be sure to bring a copy of your order # as a proof of the transaction.

    Once you arrive to the pickup site, please use the CALLBOX and dial 04# then hit the call button so we can bring your order to you.

    Minimum order - 2 items for pick up option.

  • My order never arrived.

  • Return Policy

    Because the food is frozen and fresh, and for safety purposes, we do not accept returned product.  If you have any problems with your order, please fill out the Contact Us form here.

  • When do you ship?

    We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, with the cut off for orders shipping on Wednesday being Tuesday night at 12 pm EST.. We offer USPS Priority Mail because it is the fastest delivery at the best price. We do offer USPS Priority Express if you would like to guarantee one day delivery. Minimum order -- 2 items.

  • What state do you ship from?

    We ship from California. Shipping will take 1-3 days depending on location.

  • Can I order internationally?

    We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Do you have retail locations?

  • Can I pick up at one of the Giuliano’s Deli Locations?

    Our Keto items are baked fresh in our commercial bakery. We now offer pickup our Los Angeles plant location.

  • How do I store the bread?

    Our products are made fresh every week and last up to 10 days out of the refrigerator. You can also freeze upon receipt for up to 6 months.

  • How long does the bread last?

    Product has a 10 day shelf life out of the freezer.

  • Where do I find nutritional information?

    Our website shows nutritional information for everything we sell.

  • Is it keto approved?

    These products are keto-friendly.

  • Is the bread vegan?

    Some of the breads are vegan, and are marked as such on the product pages.

  • Is this bread gluten-free?

    These products contain gluten.
