Keto Peanut Butter & Jelly Stuffed French Toast

2 slices of Giuliano’s Cinnamon Swirl Keto Bread
1 egg
½ cup almond milk
1 teaspoon Choc Zero maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ banana
1T peanut butter
1 T jelly
almond slices


  1. Make the batter: Whisk together one egg, ½ cup almond milk, Choc Zero maple syrup and vanilla extract. 
  2. Dip the bread in the mixture. 
  3. Cook bread slices on lightly greased nonstick griddle or skillet on medium heat until browned on both sides.
  4. Topped it all off with half of a ¼ banana (3 net carbs), some peanut butter, jelly and almond slices to garnish.
